1. The reports I am creating aren't opening in my web browser?

If the default settings for launching reports in your favorite browser aren't working you can set the Browser Command in the Edit Report Properties dialog using the Reports > Report Properties menu item. I use FireFox installed in my home directory on a Linux machine so my Browser Command is:

/home/jason/packages/firefox/mozilla-xremote-client openURL({0})

1. My Itfootz Report directory ends up being on the network somewhere and the application takes a long time to load.

In some network environments (office, school) your user home directory is not on your computer. It is on the network somewhere. This can make it difficult to access the reports you are creating and cause the application to load slowly.
